- Offer teletherapy options to clients who prefer virtual sessions or face accessibility challenges.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation to meet ethical and regulatory standards.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance your clinical skills and stay up-to-date with emerging practices.
- Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field
- Must hold a valid and active license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
- Experience practicing independently without supervision
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a compassionate nature
- Strong computer literacy skills
