Qualities We Are Looking For:
- Ability to quickly develop rapport and trust.
- Interactive-type counseling style
- Ability to provide quality psychodynamic treatment for clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, addictions, life transitions, existential crisis, family & relational issues.
- Well-versed in helping to guide those with the desire to develop deeper self-awareness and inner happiness.
- Have some cultural competency and diversity awareness and training (will provide if needed)
- Flexibility with working independently as well as in a team environment when necessary.
- Master’s degree required Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a setting similar to the previously described environment
- Ability and interest in providing therapy that incorporates depth-oriented, culturally-sensitive, and spiritual lens/mindfulness techniques
- $115K-$130K per year
