Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments
- Diagnose and treat mental illnesses
- Provide counseling and education to patients and their families on preventive care, & healthy lifestyle choices,
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care outcomes.
- Valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
- Possess a master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Show compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental attitude.
- Exhibit strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- No history of disciplinary actions on board.
