Salary:$80,000 - $100,000
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Implement evidence-based interventions for client well-being.
- Maintain accurate clinical records with confidentiality and compliance.
- Collaborate with a dedicated treatment team for holistic care.
- Educate and support patients and families.
- Stay updated on mental health research and developments.
- Hold a Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
- Valid LCSW or LCSW-R license in the state.
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience specializing in psychotherapy.
- Proficiency in solution-based psychotherapy interventions.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
