Seeking Full-time/Part-time Mental Health Counselor Wanted at Grow Children's Psychotherapy ServicesSalary:$80,000 - $100,000
Qualifications:
- Current and valid license as a LMFT, LICSW, LMHC, or PsyD
- Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport and establishing a therapeutic connection with clients remotely
- Show empathy, compassion, and understanding towards clients' experiences and challenges
- Exhibit strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage therapy sessions and documentation remotely
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and create personalized treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based therapy services through secure virtual platforms, catering to the unique needs of each client
- Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals and provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the treatment process
- Utilize a range of therapeutic approaches tailored to clients' preferences and treatment goals
