Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) Wanted

We have full time positions available with flexible scheduling options, including evenings and weekends, to ensure that our clients' needs are effectively met.

At our clinic, creating a safe and therapeutic environment is our priority. You will primarily work closely with a diverse group of professionals who are committed to delivering exceptional mental health care. This will offer you the opportunity to gain clinical experience and cultural competence while serving clients from various backgrounds.

Salary:

  • $80k-$100k per year, part-time

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health concerns and determine personalized treatment plans.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to address clients' unique challenges and goals.
  • Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based approaches.
  • Collaborate closely with other members of the treatment team, such as psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to ensure comprehensive and integrated care for clients.
  • Provide education and support to clients' families, promoting understanding and active participation in the recovery process.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records in full compliance with regulatory and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state.
  • Three (3) years of post-licensure experience specializing in mood disorders preferred
  • Expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities for mood disorders, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
  • Strong understanding of psychopharmacology and the ability to collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and other medical professionals.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful outcomes in treating mood disorders.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, based on caseload.
