Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough clinical assessments, employing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to develop personalized treatment plans. Your expertise will guide clients on their journey towards improved mental health.
- Implement a range of therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other proven modalities. Through your empathetic approach, clients will find strength, resilience, and renewed hope.
- Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards. Your attention to detail will uphold our commitment to professionalism and ethical practice.
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals. Together, you'll provide holistic and comprehensive care, leveraging each other's expertise for the benefit of our clients.

- Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution, reflecting your commitment to academic excellence.
- Active license to practice as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state, demonstrating your professional competence and dedication.
- Apply your expertise in solution-focused psychotherapy interventions and techniques to tailor treatment plans to the unique needs of each individual, delivering personalized and effective care.
- Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to establish strong therapeutic relationships with clients.

- Competitive salary range of $90,000-100,000 a year for Full Time and $50,000-55,000 a year for Part Time
