Cardiology Office Nurse Practitioner Opportunity at Best Med Trust Clinic.About Us:Join Best Med Trust Clinic as we expand our team by welcoming an experienced and compassionate Cardiology Office Nurse Practitioner. Contribute to delivering exceptional patient care by conducting comprehensive assessments, interpreting diagnostic tests, managing treatments, and coordinating care. Your expertise in team collaboration, leadership, staff mentoring, program support, and physician collaboration will be invaluable as we continue to grow.
Work Schedule:
  • Full-time position: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional extended hours until 8:00 p.m.
  • Weekend event participation may be required.
  • Average workweek of approximately 40 hours.
Key Responsibilities:As a Cardiology Office Nurse Practitioner, you will:
  • Perform comprehensive health assessments and screenings for individuals and families.
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions, emphasizing preventive care and health promotion.
  • Collaborate with community organizations to develop and implement health education initiatives.
  • Advocate for patients' rights and healthcare accessibility by providing culturally sensitive care.
  • Coordinate referrals and ensure seamless follow-up care for patients.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant medical records in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Engage in community outreach events and health fairs to promote awareness and provide health screenings.
  • Stay informed about community health trends, evidence-based practices, and relevant policies.
