It’s Work That Matters.Purpose Statement/Position Summary: The Nurse Practitioner provides nursing and medical services to patients, emphasizing health promotion and disease prevention, as well as the diagnosis and management of acute and chronic diseases. The FULL-TIME functions under established standardized protocols and works autonomously as well as in collaboration with other health care professionals to diagnose and manage client’s health care needs.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Active state Nursing license.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience, preferably in community health or public health settings.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Commitment to social justice, health equity, and advocating for vulnerable communities.
- Competitive salary range of $150,000-$180,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
