Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday - 40 hrs shift
Responsibilities:
  • This role is responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing a treatment program for patients referred by physicians
  • In this role, you will have the opportunity to treat a variety of specialties, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine patients
  • Be responsible for demonstrating excellent customer service and contributing to the overall effectiveness
  • You will have the chance to work with a broader team to maximize patient outcomes using evidence-based care
  • You will provide purposeful and skilled therapeutic care at the patient’s home, using procedures and techniques to produce a change in condition/function consistent with the physician’s plan of care
  • You will consult, educate, and train patients and their caregivers
  • Meet minimum utilization goals and other business objectives
Qualifications:
  • Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
  • State License as a Doctor of Physical Therapist (DPT) by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
  • Two (2) years of experience
  • Current CPR Certificate
  • Written or verbal communication skills
  • Word processing and computer skills
  • Establish strong relationships with each patient so that they have the ability to exceed their functional goals
  • Demonstrate a desire to positively connect with people
  • Build and maintain relationships throughout the community
Salary:$100,000 - $120,000 a year plus full benefits.
