Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 a year plus with full benefits.
This is an orthopedic outpatient private physical therapy practice located in Fort Myers, FL
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and address patients' goals and requirements effectively.
- Manage a patient caseload of 1 individual per hour.
- Possess relevant experience as a Physical Therapist in orthopedic outpatient settings.
- Provide cost-effective treatments that contribute to improving clients' range of motion and mobility.
- Reduce reliance on medications and explore alternatives to surgical procedures.
- Develop comprehensive care plans incorporating various treatment techniques.
- Design tailored fitness and wellness programs to meet the specific needs of each patient.
- Deliver high-quality, personalized care based on evidence and proven interventions.
- Motivate patients throughout treatment to optimize their functioning.
- Encourage a healthy lifestyle by enhancing strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
- Collaborate and consult with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care.
- Evaluate treatment outcomes, monitor progress, and maintain clear communication.
- Thoroughly document patient care services provided.
- Earned a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT)
- Holds a valid FL license as a Physical Therapist
- Maintains an untarnished professional record with no history of board or disciplinary actions taken against the license.
- Possesses strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques.
- Exhibits exceptional competence in developing and implementing exercise protocols.
- Proficient in utilizing EMR Software, particularly WebPT.
