Responsibilities:
- Examines, evaluates, and develops treatment plans for patients with functional limitations and disabilities.
- Provides consultation to healthcare providers regarding a patient’s continuum of care.
- Interacts appropriately with all patients regardless of age or culture, adhering to customer service standards.
- Conducts evaluations, develops treatment and discharge plans, implements treatment, educates patients, and meets productivity standards.
- Evaluates results, treatment, discharge plans, and daily treatment following applicable laws, rules, regulations, and professional documentation standards.
- Maintains communication and collaboration within the interdisciplinary treatment team, referral sources, and physicians.
- Engages in leadership functions, including community outreach, program development, and teaching responsibilities.
- Attends meetings, enhances competence through education programs, and maintains documentation standards.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy required.
- Required written or verbal communication skills, word processing, and computer proficiency.
- State License in Physical Therapy and BLS certification required.
- $100,000 - $120,000 a year plus full benefits.
