Salary: $110,000 - $135,000, based on experience

Additional Compensation: $5,000 upon credentialing completion

Position Highlights:

• No prior urology and urogynecology experience is needed!
• Supportive team environment with on-the-job training.

Key Responsibilities for the Physician Assistant (PA-C):

• Perform comprehensive evaluations for patients of all ages.
• Order and interpret lab tests, x-rays, and special studies.
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with urologists.
• Conduct follow-up care and therapeutic interventions.
• Handle patient consultations, referrals, and on-call duties.

Office Responsibilities:

• See new and follow-up patients, providing problem-oriented interventions.
• Assist and perform in-office procedures like cystoscopies, TRUS volume studies, and more.
• Provide phone/video consultations and manage prescription refills.
• Screen and counsel patients on health maintenance and community resource utilization.

Requirements for the Physician Assistant (PA-C):

• Master of Science in Nursing or equivalent PA program degree.
• Valid state medical license and DEA/DPS license.
• Urology experience is a plus but not required.
