We are a well-established, successful ten (10) provider practice in a highly desirable area. We specialize in Utilizing the EPIC EMR documentation system, and we focused on preventive care to maximize a patient's health and quality of life.
SCHEDULE:
- Full-Time: Monday – Friday
- Conducting thorough patient assessments and medical histories to ensure accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Collaborating closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and integrated care to patients of all ages.
- Performing physical examinations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and providing appropriate treatment plans based on patients' individual needs.
- Administering vaccinations and medications, as well as educating patients on preventive health measures and lifestyle modifications.
- Monitoring and managing chronic conditions and coordinating appropriate referrals for specialty care when necessary.
- Ensuring accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters using the EPIC EMR system.
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives and staying updated with the latest medical advancements and best practices.
- Emphasizing preventive care measures to enhance patient wellness and quality of life.
- Providing compassionate and patient-centered care while building strong relationships with patients and their families.
- Adhering to all ethical and legal standards in medical practice and maintaining patient confidentiality.
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
- PA Certification and state license required
- At least 1 year experience as a Physician Assistant
- Master's Degree in Physician Assistant
- 1 Year as a Physician Assistant (Preferred)
- PA - Physician Assistant (Upon Hire, Required)
- Active listening and learning, critical thinking, reading comprehension, effective communication, time management, judgment, and decision-making.
- Working Indoors 67% or more
- Mechanical Hazards 1-33%
- Electrical Hazards 1-33%
- OSHA Tasks involving exposure to blood, body fluids, or tissues.
