We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physician Assistant to join our renowned Pain Management team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional care to patients suffering from acute and chronic pain conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physician Assistant to join our renowned Pain Management team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional care to patients suffering from acute and chronic pain conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the supervising physician, tailored to meet each patient's unique needs and goals.
- Perform procedures such as joint injections, trigger point injections, and nerve blocks under the supervision of a physician.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
- Provide patient education on pain management strategies, medication management, and lifestyle modifications.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physical therapists, psychologists, and pain specialists, to ensure holistic patient care.
- Master's degree in Physician Assistant
- Current state licensure and board certification as a Physician Assistant.
- Previous experience in pain management or related field preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate bedside manner.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient care and safety.
