- Education: Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
- Licensing: Fully licensed to practice without supervision (LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, LCSW-C).
- Strong clinical skills and ability to develop effective treatment plans.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor.
