Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' speech and language abilities
- Develop personalized treatment plans to improve patients' communication skills
- Use therapeutic techniques to help patients with speech and language disorders
- Teach patients and their families how to improve communication at home
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals involved in patients' care
- Monitor and record patients' progress
- Provide education to patients and their families
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state license as a Speech Therapist
- Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
- Knowledge of relevant treatment techniques and therapeutic equipment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience working with patients in a healthcare setting is preferred, but not required
- Our starting salary for Speech Therapists is $80,000-$100,000 per year, with opportunities for advancement and performance-based raises.
