Telehealth Professional Counselor (LCSW, LMFT, LPC)

Job Schedule : Full-time , Flexible

Essential Job Duties include, but are not limited to:

● Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.

● Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support to clients.

● Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.

● Stay current with best practices and evidence-based interventions in the field of behavioral health.

● More tasks to be assigned

● Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients to address a variety of behavioral health concerns, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and executive functioning.

● Masters degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapist, Mental Health Counseling

● Active license as Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

● Ability and willingness to triage priority with tasks and delegate as needed to maintain quality services rendered in high caseload volume setting

● Ability to motivate others and remain consistently enthusiastic

● Strong clinical skills and the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 per year, based on caseload.
