Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent organizational, multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Greet and check in clients in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Manage and charge appointments and transactions
- Answer phones and relay appropriate messages
- Follow opening and closing procedures
- Maintain cleanliness of the immediate Front Desk area
- Fold towels, wraps and boxing gloves management and organization
- Assist with set up and break down of group fitness classes
- Properly clock in/out
- Work quick, be efficient and complete daily checklists as well as handle immediate tasks that may arise
- Be on time and reliable
