Title IT Field Analyst (Network)

Duration : FTE/Permanent

Location : onsite 5 days a week at clients in NY (company car provided)

Position is daily remote field work M-F and will require on site visits for training and special projects as needed

Salary Up to 67k

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Visit various office locations throughout the 5 boroughs of NYC to deliver, install and troubleshoot on-site technical issues.
• Familiarity with general end user device and wiring troubleshooting. MS Office Suite, Windows 10 to latest, Windows Active Directory (AD), Network Wiring, Printer/Copier support, Desk Phone, Remote and in-person support, ticketing system, Wifi
• Cisco a plus
• Ability to take initiative and be proactive in resolving issues using standardized practices.
• Provide technical support to users throughout the agency as it relates to specific hardware/applications issues
• Ideal candidate will have good soft skills in order to attend to incoming phone calls and email messages for support when not visiting locations. Track issues via department tracking system.
• Responsible for Active Directory maintenance (add users, change passwords etc.)
• Experience supporting standard desktop applications (MS Office, MS Windows), internet browsers

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Driver’s license and comfortable driving company vehicle in and around New York
• Technical degree or Certifications preferred in related field
• 1-2 years’ experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified
