Job Summary:
The Lead Integration Engineer is responsible for developing and maintaining data integrations across systems, with a focus on Boomi. This role involves managing a team of technical consultants, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring data integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and maintain integrations to support data exchange across systems, particularly with Boomi
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and present solutions to stakeholders.
- Manage and optimize integration designs, and guide a team of consultants in development and maintenance.
- Collaborate with teams, vendors, and clients to ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Research and implement new integration technologies and methodologies.
- Develop SOPs, enhance knowledge bases, and document resolution steps for integration issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of experience in data integration and relational databases.
- Proficiency with integration platforms (Boomi, MuleSoft), APIs, SQL Server, C#, Python, T-SQL, Ruby, JSON, and Workday Studio.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
