This position is located in Palo Alto, CA As the Facilities & Fleet Assistant, you will perform a variety of maintenance and administrative duties to help manage the fleet and facility.

• Highlights of what the Facilities and Fleet Assistant will do, but not limited to:
• Provide administrative support such as: filing, sorting, data entry, answering phones, creating safety binders and assist with special projects as needed
• Performs inventory control & order purchasing of tools, vehicles, equipment, chemical supplies, etc
• Transport & delivery of company vehicles including trucks, trailers and equipment
• Assists with scheduling repairs or preventative maintenance, ensuring that the necessary numbers of fleet vehicles, assist with processing capital requests & ensures the vehicles start operations decal
• Maintains all vehicle records to include registration renewals, stickers/license plates, car insurance tracking & distribution, driver records, ensure registration handle & arrange the safety recall notices as necessary & assists with processing capital requests
• Handles all other tasks related to the fleet, including but not limited to making sure all drivers and vehicles adhere to DOT regulations
• Assist with equipment rentals and managing shop inventory
• Skills & experience that are necessary as a Facilities & Fleet Asst. will include, but not limited to:
• 2yrs admin experience in Landscaping or Construction and/or relatable industries is highly preferred
• Must be able to drive company vehicles including large trucks and trailers
• Bilingual & fluent in Spanish & English is highly preferred
• Ability to multi-task, strong organizational & follow up skills, process-driven & able to meet changing deadlines
• Proficient in MS Office Programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc) & working in a fast paced environment

Hourly Range

• $21.00 - $23.00 per hour (s pecific compensation may vary based on overall skills, experience and location)
