If you share our excitement for creating innovative marketing strategies, we'd love to have you join our team.GoTo is seeking a respected, connected and thoughtful executive to drive its communications and corporate marketing functions to reach a broad set of constituents through a range of traditional and digital channels.Reporting to the CMO, this leader will be tasked with overall company positioning, corporate visibility, thought leadership, brand management, creative/design strategy, communications, and influencer relations programming across GoTo’s stakeholders, channels and geographies.An ideal candidate will bring an understanding of, and track record, within a broad range of marketing and communications disciplines for companies at billion-dollar revenue scale, including digital marketing, brand management, customer marketing, public relations, global events, demand generation, employee engagement, executive communications, analyst relations, social media, crisis communications and investor relations.**Your Day to Day****As a Vice President, Corporate Marketing, you would be working on** : Drive company reputation, awareness and engagement via a broad set of programs. Develop and manage GoTo corporate and portfolio brand strategy. Lead overall corporate positioning, brand narrative and corporate storytelling. Deliver robust inventory of corporate marketing and communications assets. Oversee visual and UX design for digital, event and other marketing ecosystems. Evolve and strengthen GoTo competitive positioning and mindshare. Lead assertive communications and marketing programs for the business. Utilize data-driven insights to optimize engagement and results. Manage and scale team to meet short-term needs and accommodate long-term vision. Work with the CEO/ELT to advance company vision, strategy, culture and execution. Manage press and new media strategies to promote brand, business and offerings. Oversee robust analyst relations program to advance reputation and drive validation. Lead integrated communications programs for milestones (M&A, crises, change, etc.) Manage social media and advocacy to build reputation, support demand generation. Deliver compelling digital and physical events such as webinars, partner/customer forums, tradeshows, etc. Drive executive communications and employee engagement in partnership with CHRO. Partner with HR on corporate social responsibility, giving and community involvement. Invest the required time to become a trusted, visible presence across teams. Be immediately accessible, responsive to provide a high level of counsel and service.**What We’re Looking For****As a Vice President, Corporate Marketing, your background will look like:** 15 years relevant leadership experience in marketing and communications. Prior roles leading high-volume global marketing and/or communications teams. Experience working in and collaborating with a heavily matrixed organization. Motivated, talented, and results-driven executive that will lead and scale the program. Strong, authentic leader to build reputation, gain confidence and drive awareness. Clear communicator, open collaborator who actively listens, anticipates needs of others. Strong leadership, management, problem-solving and change management skills. Deep understanding of storytelling with ability to think in creative ways. Ability to manage large, complex communications across broad set of constituents. Strong business and financial acumen to apply a filter to activities, communication. Sound judgment to make informed decisions and recommendations. Strategic communications planning and crisis management capabilities. Strong written, verbal and visual communication skills.
