As a member of the Private Client and Trust Group’s Fiduciary & Family Office Services team, the Operations Administrator will serve as an active participant in ensuring the fluidity of the investment administration process and assist with all aspects of ongoing administration of family office-type relationships.
Primary Responsibilities:
This position involves working closely and effectively with members of the firm’s Fiduciary & Family Office and Trust Operations teams, ultra-high net worth clients as well as their tax and investment professionals by:
-Communicating with, and responding to various requests from, attorneys, tax and investment professionals and ultra-high net worth clients;
-Processing wire transfers, various other payments and account transactions;
