- Master’s in Business Administration or related field.
- Demonstrated specialized experience with Government budget planning, tracking and execution.
- Demonstrated specialized experience with DoD fiscal budget process.
- Demonstrated specialized experience in linking Program Objective Memorandum (POM) and Budget Planning with Budget Execution and Control.
- Demonstrated specialized experience identifying budget issues, proposing potential solutions, and communicating impacts to the Government.
- Demonstrated specialized experience with fiscal budget execution goals and reporting.
