GovHire is Hiring a VP, Growth Executive Near Atlanta, GA

Vice President of Partnerships to lead our clients partnership initiatives. The Vice President of Partnerships will play a pivotal role in developing and executing the partnership strategies that drive growth, innovation, and market expansion. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the strategic direction of our partnerships and collaborate with industry leaders to deliver innovative solutions. WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Partnership Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with company objectives to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and product innovation in the Data and AI sector. 

  • Partner Development: Identify, evaluate, and prioritize strategic partnership opportunities with technology partners, system integrators, consultants, and other relevant entities. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster collaboration and mutual success. 

  • Negotiation and Contracting: Lead negotiations and contract discussions with prospective partners. Define terms, agreements, and performance metrics to ensure alignment with business goals and legal requirements. 

  • Alliance Management: Manage ongoing relationships with partners to maximize value and ensure adherence to partnership agreements. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, product development, and legal to execute partnership initiatives effectively. 

  • Market Insights and Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in Data and AI. Leverage market insights to identify new partnership opportunities and drive continuous improvement in partnership strategies. 

  • Revenue Generation: Drive revenue through partner channels by developing joint solutions, co-marketing programs, and sales enablement initiatives. Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to partnership revenue and ROI. 

  • Leadership and Team Development: Build and lead a high-performing partnerships team. Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities to team members to enhance skills and achieve departmental goals. 

WHO YOU ARE: 

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. 

  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or alliance management, with a strong emphasis on technology partnerships in the Data and AI industry. Strong relationships with AWS, MFST, GCP. Snowflake, Data Bricks and other cloud data providers and a record of accomplishment of building successful partnership strategies that have driven business growth and market expansion. 

  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of Data and AI technologies, market dynamics, and industry trends. Ability to articulate technical concepts and effectively communicate value propositions to partners and stakeholders. 

  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and managerial experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving ambitious partnership goals. 

  • Negotiation Skills: Exceptional negotiation and influencing skills with the ability to navigate complex discussions and contractual agreements. 

  • Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across functions and geographies, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration. 

  • Travel: Willingness to travel as needed for partner meetings, industry events, and conferences. 

  • Proficiency: in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
