Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate, dynamic individual to fill the role of Executive Director, managing the day-to-day operations at the newest campus of one of Minnesota's leading nonprofit senior housing and service providers. The Executive Director is responsible for ensuring exceptional quality and service, sustained resident satisfaction, employee engagement, operational efficiency, and strong financial results.

Responsibilities:

• Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for the senior living community.
• Oversee all aspects of daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of care and service.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to ensure the financial health and sustainability of the organization.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting, with a keen focus on maximizing revenue and controlling costs.
• Lead and mentor a team of dedicated staff members, fostering a culture of collaboration, respect, and excellence.
• Collaborate with the board of directors, stakeholders, and community partners to advance the mission and values of the organization.
• Oversee capital improvement projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion.
• Cultivate a supportive and inclusive environment that honors the religious beliefs and traditions of residents and staff.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Current LALD (Licensed Assisted Living Director)
• Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the healthcare, senior living, or non-profit sector.
• Strong financial acumen, with experience managing budgets, financial forecasting, and revenue generation.
• Demonstrated success in overseeing capital improvement projects, preferably within a senior living environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and inspire trust.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to leadership, with a genuine commitment to serving seniors.
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on achieving measurable results.
• Current knowledge of industry regulations, best practices, and emerging trends in senior living and healthcare.
