General Liability Attorney (3-7 Years Experience)

Seeking an experienced general liability attorney to join our dynamic legal team in Florida.

Requirements :

• Active member of the Florida Bar in good standing
• 3-7 years of experience in general liability defense
• Strong background in civil litigation
• Excellent analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills

Responsibilities :

• Handle a diverse caseload of general liability matters
• Represent clients in state and federal courts
• Conduct depositions, mediations, and arbitrations
• Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and briefs
• Develop case strategies and manage client relationships

Ideal candidates will have experience in premises liability, product liability, and professional negligence cases.
