Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive legal guidance and representation to clients in matters related to commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development projects.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements, such as purchase agreements, leases, partnership agreements, and joint venture agreements.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on complex legal issues pertaining to commercial real estate, business transactions, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
- Advise clients on corporate structuring, entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, and other business-related matters.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including finance, operations, and management, to ensure legal compliance and mitigate risks associated with commercial transactions and business operations.
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and other dispute resolution proceedings related to commercial real estate and business law matters.
- Stay informed about relevant legal developments, industry trends, and market conditions affecting commercial real estate and business transactions.
- Maintain client relationships, provide exceptional client service, and foster a positive reputation for the firm in the legal community.
- Licensed to Practice Law for at least (5 ) Years
- Must be Admitted in Pennsylvania
- Strong understanding of real estate transactions, contract law, and corporate matters.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
