QualificationsComplex Litigation Associate Attorney Position:
- JD from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in the State and in good standing
- 7 years of experience in business and real estate
- Trial and trial preparation experience is a must
- Superior written and oral communication skills
- Independently manage a caseload, working cases from beginning to end
- Work closely with other attorneys and Partners on legal projects
- Regularly handle court appearances and depositions
- Communicate with clients and provide status reports
- Competitive salary commensurate with experience
