Job Description : We are seeking a dedicated Waste Collection Specialist with a CDL Class B license and a minimum of one year's experience to join our team.

The primary responsibility will be to ensure the timely and efficient collection of waste along designated routes. This role involves a commitment to working 50 hours per week to ensure route completion and to contribute to our company's mission of maintaining a clean and sustainable environment.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct waste collection activities according to assigned routes and schedules.
• Safely operate collection vehicles and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the collection process.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize route efficiency and customer service.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CDL Class B license with a minimum of one year's experience.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Physical capability to handle waste collection tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong commitment to safety and environmental compliance.

Interview Process : Candidates will undergo a pre-screening interview with our recruitment team to assess qualifications and suitability for the role.

Successful candidates will proceed to a second interview with the VP of Operations to further evaluate their fit for the position and company culture.

Hiring Conditions : The offer of employment will be contingent upon the successful completion of a DOT physical, pre-screen check, and substance test as part of our commitment to safety, regulatory compliance, and company standards.
