Background
- 3 years of civil litigation experience.
- Must be in licensed in North AND South Carolina.
- Possess effective case management and strategy development.
- Representing clients in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials
- Communicate with client and counsel.
- Perform legal research and draft memoranda.
- Draft complaints, motions, and other pleadings and documents.
