Responsibilities
- Ability to estimate project costs and assist the production team in verifying contract amounts
- Source materials and services by collaborating with trades/vendors
- Manage documentation and record-keeping related to purchasing and estimating
- Work closely with the controller to manage purchase orders and ensure accurate budgeting
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Project Estimating
- Ability proactively work with budget plans
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Procore, and other software
