Construction Senior Superintendent Responsibilities
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a lead Superintendent role
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in the construction industry
- Must have experience leading ground up, commercial projects from inception to completion
- Ability to manage and run projects $20M
- Strong communication skills with Project Manager, Subcontractor's and Owner's
- Maintain the job schedule to bring projects in on time and under budget
- Daily logs of job activity including compiling change orders in a timely manner
- Ability to identify and solve problems
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
