Commercial Roofing Project Manager/Estimator Qualifications And Responsibilities
- 5 years in commercial roofing Project Management and/or estimating.
- Knowledge of commercial roofing products, systems, manufacturers specifications.
- Work closely with architects and other professionals from pre-bid to completion
- Schedule and run meetings with clients, site managers, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor construction process, ensure work is done up to code and quality.
- Base Salary with PTO based on experience.
- Additional bonuses and profit margin sharing
- Company equipment: Vehicle, phone, laptop etc.
- Health/Dental/Vision Insurance
- Matching 401k
