gpac is Hiring a Concrete Production & QA/QC Supervisor Near Jackson, MS
Major ResponsibilitiesConcrete Production Duties:
- Schedule and manage operations for Wet Cast, Redi-Rock, and Pipe Plant.
- Track and record daily production, ensuring accurate data entry into our system.
- Support production-related projects in both wet and dry cast plants.
- Conduct monthly inventory counts to maintain accurate material records.
- Order all necessary plant materials, keeping production well-stocked and on schedule.
- Maintain a suite of certifications including ACI I, ACI II, ACI III, ACI Strength, and PQS.
- Manage and lead all QA/QC employees, build a team that excels in quality assurance.
- Organize and maintain all QA/QC records and files with meticulous attention to detail.
- Coordinate visits from MDOT and maintain strong relationships with all DOT entities.
- Oversee compliance and record-keeping for NPCA, ACPA, and all DOT certifications.
