Skills We Are Looking For
- Extensive litigation experience; construction litigation preferred
- Trial experience is PREFERRED
- Can work independently on litigation
- Previous experience in these practice areas preferred in at least one or more of these areas: Toxic tort (asbestos, benzene, etcetera), insurance coverage law, complex litigation, and catastrophic injury
- Perform routine communication with clients
- Work as part of a team with all experience levels
- Practicing law for at least 3 years
- Barred in Georgia or willing to start process ASAP
- Fantastic health/dental/medical insurance
- 401 (K)
- Travel only on occasion
- Business development is not required but is always appreciated
- Partner Track is available for the right candidate!
