Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of bridge construction projects, from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, architects, and subcontractors to develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules.
- Oversee the procurement of necessary materials, equipment, and subcontractors to ensure the highest quality at the best value.
- Implement and enforce comprehensive safety programs and protocols throughout all phases of the bridge construction projects to promote a culture of safety.
- 2 years of relatable Project Manager experience in heavy highway/bridge construction.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of bridge construction techniques, materials, and industry best practices.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex bridge projects on time and within budget.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools to effectively plan, monitor, and control project activities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
