Commercial Construction Estimator
- 10 years' experience in the commercial construction industry (healthcare, big box, hospitality, education, federal, private or public, etc.)
- Proven stability in your career working on commercial projects
- Hard bid, negotiated, and conceptual estimating required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as detail orientated
- BS in Construction Management or related to (NOT REQUIRED, BUT PREFERRED)
