We are seeking a Superintendent - Ground Up Commercial Construction to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
• Allocate resources for assigned projects
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
• Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

Qualifications:

• 10 years of Commercial Construction Experience
• Ground up and Renovation Experience ($1MM - $5MM) Projects
• OSHA-30 Certification preferred
• Strong ability to read drawings and specifications
• Computer knowledge and efficiency, including Microsoft Office products
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exhibits strong leadership qualities
• Strong decision-making/problem-solving skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
