Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the daily clinical operations of all assigned skilled nursing facilities.
- Lead and develop a team of clinical professionals, including nurses, therapists, and social workers.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, including conducting mock surveys.
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care outcomes.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively.
- Partner with facility administrators and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Represent the organization at industry events and meetings.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of California.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in skilled nursing operations, with a strong understanding of the industry.
- Prior Director of Nursing (DON) experience highly preferred.
- Solid track record of success in improving patient care outcomes and operational efficiency.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
