Compensation For Director Of InsuranceSalary: $100,000-150,000 incentives

- Manage a team of professionals in the insurance producing role
- Maintain knowledge of property and casualty insurance with emphasis in crop, farm, and commercial
- Build relationships and provide exceptional customer service
- Demonstrate professionalism in working with the community and management
- Minimum twenty years of experience in an insurance producing role
- Knowledge of agriculture, livestock, and multi-peril crop insurance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Previous experience in team and people management
- Strong initiative and motivation
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
- Proficiency in property and casualty insurance
- Strong leadership qualities
