What You'll Do...
- Lead our teams to support our production.
- Manage scheduling of shipments and for production.
- Maintain Inventory control while keeping company standards.
- Work with vendors to place orders of ingredients and equipment that is needed.
- Place orders and make sure that the shipment arrives on time with quality standards so our product can meet the same standards it has for 60 years
- You can come to work everyday in jeans and a tshirt.
- 401K at 3% matching after 1 year with eligibility starting at 180 days
- Work a 32-35 hour work week but get paid for a full 40
- Possibility for a hybrid position working from home 1-2 days a week
- 1st shift, No weekends
- Knowledge ERP and MRP systems is a must
- Previous leadership experience
- Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment
- Strong experience with scheduling, forecasting, shipping
