Work Schedule:

• Monday – Friday 7:00 AM EST – 4:00 PM EST, with 1 hour lunch break
• Varying amounts of overtime and weekend work may be required, based on operational needs.

Job Summary:

Tower Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced Telecommunications Construction Manager & Estimator to plan and supervise a wide range of telecommunication construction projects from start to finish without exceeding the budget. This individual will organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner. An excellent Telecommunications Construction Manager & Estimator must be well-versed in all construction/estimating methodologies and procedures to drive a team through successful project execution safely, on time, and on budget.

Qualifications:

• 4 years’ experience in the telecommunications industry in a management role.
• Ability to identify labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, construction drawings, technical specifications, and related documents.
• Accurately compute job costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements
• Knowledge of construction methods and technologies and an expert ability to interpret technical drawings and contracts
• Must possess strong communication skills, contributing positively to overall team dynamics
• Adaptability
• Preferred: Professional certification(s)
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
