A well-established 20 year legacy company that manufactures for several industries including aerospace, auto, and others, is growing!
They are looking for an Electrical Engineer with 6 or more years of industrial experience as an Engineer, demonstrating a solid electrical and mechanical competence base.
They are a close-knit group of about 30 members in the shop. They're more than just a team, they're a family that works together to complete projects. The work schedule is a day shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Assistance with startups (travel less than 10%).
Industrial experience where metal is formed. Familiarity with combustion systems, an experience where heat is used to treat metals, e.g., casting, heat-treating, furnaces, etc. Mastery of understanding prints and drawings, as well as troubleshooting skills.
This is not a "controls engineer" position.
It's a unique role that involves a variety of tasks, from writing and reading electrical drawings to providing guidance on the shop floor IE Your input on whether panels should be moved is also valued. Maintaining building materials lists. More of an office role with shop support as needed.
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Technology, related field, or equivalent accumulated applicable experience competence. AutoCAD.

• 6-10 years experience as an Engineer.
