Project Cost Estimation: Calculate and prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and overhead costs using blueprints and completing take-offs manually..

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of estimates, bids, and correspondence for future reference and analysis.

Requirements:

• 3 years experience in insulation industry estimating
• Proficiency in construction estimating
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry regulations.
• Self-starter and proactive in increasing sales revenue
• Computer software proficiency - MS Suite
• Results-driven
• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
• Effective communication skills
• Detail-oriented and organized.
