As a Manufacturing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process, focusing on staffing, throughput, product quality, and facility safety across all shifts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in factory management with a passion for ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position is located in the heart of the state of Connecticut.
RELOCATION BENEFITS OFFEREDResponsibilities
- Oversee the entire production process, focusing on staffing, throughput, product quality, and facility safety across all shifts.
- Create and maintain comprehensive training programs for all positions, focusing on Machine Operators, Quality Control, and Maintenance Technicians.
- Assess and implement waste management reduction programs.
- Utilize data to ensure plant operations meet key workplace objectives and reduce downtime.
- Communicate with upper management to provide feedback on operational issues and improvements.
- Minimum 8 years of factory production experience.
- Minimum 4-5 years of factory management experience.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience in implementing waste management reduction programs.
- Proficiency with Gmail, Excel, and/or Google Sheets.
