A long-standing Mechanical Contractor with a reputation for excellence is seeking a motivated, highly driven, customer focused HVAC Service Coordinator that is able to be in involved in the labor management for service technicians. This is a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment where you will be an intricate component of our growing service business.

Qualifications for HVAC Service Coordinator position:

• Exceptional customer service experience and problem-solving skills
• Project a positive attitude always
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness and ability to learn new processes, dispatch software systems, and mechanical service business quickly
• Prioritization and management of multiple tasks under pressure
• Dependable, accurate, and detailed-oriented
• Be a self-starter who takes initiative and anticipates needs
• Strong phone and active listening skills
• Past experience with mechanical company or dispatch experience preferred.
• Work well in a fast-paced environment
• Intermediate skills with MS Office Products (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
• Ability to work independently and cohesively.
