Qualifications
- Licensed to practice in Arizona.
- 3-10 years of experience preferably handling professional or general liability cases but open to other civil litigation experience.
- Experience taking and defending depositions to include and experts, drafting and arguing substantive motions, and attending hearings and trials is required. Experience participating in negotiations and mediation is needed.
- The candidate must be a team player willing to assist other team members when necessary.
- Should have exceptional writing, research, and litigation skills. Must have superior analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- A strong work ethic and ability to self-manage and work in a team environment are required.
- Competitive compensation package with mechanical bonus structure for exceeding 1800 hours.
