I am seeking an experienced Insurance Lawyer with 3-7 years of practice in first-party and third-party liability insurance matters to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance law, excellent advocacy skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
Job Requirements Of The Insurance Lawyer
- 3-7 years of experience practicing insurance law, with a focus on first-party and third-party liability matters
- Active practice in handling insurance claims, coverage disputes, and litigation
- Admission to the State Bar of Texas
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Handle a diverse caseload of first-party and third-party insurance matters
- Conduct legal research, analysis, and drafting of legal documents
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings
- Provide strategic advice and counsel to clients on insurance-related issues
- Maintain regular communication with clients and provide updates on case developments
